I moved to Canada when I was 18 by myself. Being independent and a self-starter are some of my strengths.

Growing up in China has given me a unique perspective on cultural differences and has helped me develop an appreciation for diversity and inclusivity.
I pursued my UXD studies in 2016 after falling in love with design 🎨

Since then, I have completed my five-year Bachelor of Design degree in Honours User Experience Design from Wilfrid Laurier University.

My passion for UX Design has led me to work on various projects, ranging from UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and trying new things 🏋🏻

Hiking, lifting, and boxing are some of my favourite activities. I also enjoy exploring different cuisines and trying new restaurants in the city.

What I do.
UX Research
I conduct user research (quantitative & qualitative) to gain insights into the target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviours. By utilizing techniques such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, I gather valuable data that helps inform the design process.
UI Design
I specialize in creating visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. By leveraging my expertise in typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy, I design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also enhance usability and accessibility.
UX Design
With a strong focus on user empathy, I employ my expertise in user experience design to craft intuitive and engaging interactions. I work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Web Development
In addition to my design skills, I possess a strong understanding of web development principles. I am proficient in front-end programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling me to transform designs into functional and responsive websites.
